- G: No!
- B: Hmmm. Two dolls?
- G: Yes, that’s right.

- B: I can see three balls.
- G: Are they big?
- B: Yes, they are. Three big balls.
NARRATOR: Two
- B: Amy would like that boat.
- G: Annie?
- B: No, Amy. A-M-Y.
- G: A-M-Y?
- B: Yes, that’s right.
NARRATOR: Three
- B: What do you want, Emma?
- G: I want two kites.
- B: Two kites?
- G: Yes, one for me, one for my brother Josh.
- B: That’s nice.
NARRATOR: Four
- G: Guess what color the plane is?
- B: I don’t know. I can’t see.
- G: It’s R-E-D.
- B: R-E-D? Hmm. Oh! It’s red!
- G: That’s right. Red.

- B: Amy would like that doll, too.
- G: Yes, she would.
- B: We should send her one.
- G: Where does she live?
- B: In Lake Town.
- G: Is that L-A-K-E Town?
- B: Yes, it is.
